The questions carriers actually ask
What if the AI reads something wrong?
AI prepares a draft that already appears on the board as Needs review. Check it against the original and correct missing or uncertain values. Confidence and evidence can be missing; matching evidence can be highlighted in PDFs with a searchable text layer, but scans, photos and email do not guarantee a highlighted source line.
Do scanned and faxed rate cons work?
Yes. Scans and photos go through vision OCR, and a document the model finds hard is automatically retried on a stronger model.
Do I have to change my email address?
No. There are three ways to connect a mailbox — forwarding, IMAP, or Microsoft 365 — and brokers keep writing to the address they already have.
What happens when a broker sends a revised rate con?
It updates the load you already have instead of creating a duplicate, and shows a before/after diff of what changed.
Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes — sync invoices and expenses with QuickBooks Online or Xero, with one active accounting connection per workspace at a time.
Is there a limit on how many documents I can run?
There are no per-document charges. Fair use grows with your fleet, and processing only stops far beyond the fair-use ceiling.
How long does setup take?
Five steps: your details, carrier, truck, driver, mailbox. The mailbox can be skipped and connected later.
What happens after the 14 days?
On the same plan, billing starts when the trial ends. The owner sees a warning 5 days before then and can cancel in Billing. A plan change during the trial ends it and can charge immediately; Stripe shows the amount before confirmation.
Can I get my data out?
The owner can download JSON business records and document metadata from Settings. Original PDFs and photos are downloaded separately. The JSON export remains available after payment failure or cancellation within retention; selected-document ZIP downloads require an account allowed to perform that action.
