For dispatch services
How many trucks can one dispatcher carry?
The ceiling is the paperwork: every truck added is another stream of rate cons to retype. Doft Dispatch reads them, drafts the loads, and keeps every carrier's board, documents and invoices in one account — so the answer stops being "however many rate cons fit in a shift".
Up to 25 trucks and 25 connected mailboxes on Growth. Free for 14 days on the same plan, subject to fair use. Card required; $0 at signup. Changing plans during the trial ends it and can charge immediately; Stripe shows the amount before confirmation.
Several carriers, one account
Each carrier keeps its own profile, loads, drivers and paperwork — you switch between them in a click instead of juggling logins.
Every mailbox, one sorted inbox
Connect a mailbox per carrier — forwarding, IMAP, or Microsoft. Rate cons are picked out automatically, so the ones that pay are never buried under the ones that do not.
The typing stops scaling with the trucks
Our small sample averaged about 55 fields per rate confirmation. AI drafts the load for review, and it appears on the board as Needs review. Fields, confidence and evidence can be missing; a dispatcher checks the original, completes details and approves. Searchable PDFs can show matching evidence highlights; scans, photos and email do not guarantee them.
Tracking and invoicing per carrier
Drivers use personal links for GPS with permission and the web app open; background updates depend on the browser. SMS needs consent and a reachable number, with confirmed email as the fallback where supported. Create and send branded invoices per carrier and track sent and paid status.
