How the trial works

A card starts the trial. There is no charge at signup; keeping the same plan preserves the trial period.

First payment after 14 days on the same plan

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid that payment. Changing plans during the trial ends it and can charge immediately. Stripe shows the amount before confirmation.

You will see it coming

The owner with billing permission sees the exact date and amount in a warning 5 days before trial end. Billing shows its own date and amount; a separate email reminder is sent three days before trial end.

No per-document charges

You pay for trucks, not for paperwork. There is no fee per document and no monthly quota to watch.

The plans are sized around 100 rate confirmations per truck per month.

Going over changes nothing — nothing is blocked and nothing costs extra. Processing only stops far beyond that, and we would talk to you long before it.

Questions about paying

Can I see the product without a card?: Yes. The live demo needs no card and no sign-up. The 14-day trial is a different thing — it runs on your own account, so it asks for a card.
What happens if I cancel?: Access continues through the paid period. Data is retained for 180 days afterwards, and the owner JSON export remains available within that window. Original documents are separate downloads; the selected-documents ZIP is not guaranteed on a blocked account.
Do trucks I am not running count?: Yes. The limit counts every truck in the account, parked or not. Delete a truck to free its place.
Can I take my data with me?: The owner can export JSON business records and document metadata from Settings, even after a failed payment, within retention. It does not contain original PDF/photo files or every stored event. Download original documents separately; selected-document ZIP export is not available when the account is blocked.
