Send tracking links to drivers

Share a live tracking link with a driver by text message. They tap it, share their location, and upload the proof of delivery — all from the phone's browser, with no app to install.

Send a link

1. Open a load and find the Tracking section.
2. Choose the driver and send the link. They receive a text with a secure, single-load link.
3. The driver taps Start tracking to share location, and Upload POD when delivered.

What you see

• The driver's latest location and status appear on the load and the dispatch map.
• When the POD is uploaded it attaches to the load automatically, ready for invoicing.
• Links are scoped to a single load and expire — a driver only ever sees that one load.

If tracking goes quiet

If a driver's location hasn't updated in a while, the load shows a "tracking stale" flag. Resend the link or call the driver. Sessions stop automatically once the load is delivered.
