Give a driver their link

Each driver gets one link that is theirs to keep. They tap it, see whichever load they are on, share their location and upload the proof of delivery — all from the phone's browser, with no app to install.

Give out the link

Open the Drivers list and find the driver's card.
Send them their link. It goes by text if the driver agreed to text messages when they onboarded, and the number is reachable. Where supported, confirmed email is the fallback if SMS cannot be delivered. You can always copy the link and share it yourself.
That is a one-time job. The link does not expire and does not change from load to load — a driver who saves it to their home screen keeps using the same one, trip after trip.

When you put them on a load

Open the load's Tracking section and press Notify driver. That sends a short text with the load number — no new link, because they already have their personal one. SMS needs driver consent and a reachable number; confirmed email is the fallback where supported. The load appears in their app.

The driver taps Start tracking, permits location access and keeps the driver web app open to share GPS. Background updates depend on the browser and are not guaranteed; switching away can interrupt updates without always stopping them instantly. The driver uses Upload POD when delivered.

What you see

The driver's latest location and status appear on the load and the dispatch map.
When the POD is uploaded it attaches to the load automatically, ready for invoicing.
A driver only ever sees the loads they are actually on. Take them off a load and it disappears from their app — but their link keeps working for the next one.

If tracking goes quiet

If a driver's location hasn't updated in a while, the load shows a "tracking stale" flag. Call the driver — the link is not the problem, it does not lapse. Tracking stops on its own once the load is delivered.

Turning access off

Someone left? Revoke their link from their driver card. That is the only thing that stops it, and it takes effect immediately. Reissuing gives them a fresh one.
